Snowsports Instructors

Snowsports Instructors may be employed directly by travel companies, but most work for a resort-based snowboard school. An internationally recognised ski or snowboard teaching qualification is an essential requirement. Awarding bodies include the British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI), Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI), New Zealand Snowsports Instructors Alliance (NZSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) .
