Hotel Managers

Hotel managers can be employed directly by independent hotels, hotel chains or by a travel company that takes over a resort hotel for the entire winter season. The role involves taking responsibility for the management of the entire hotel staff team. Additional responsibilities might include stock ordering, stock control, health & safety, bar, restaurant, housekeeping and administrative functions.
