customer service questionnaire results

Last month Natives conducted a major customer survey contacting everyone who had bought from the Natives store since it launched.

The results have now been collated and feedback taken on board. The online store is currently being reviewed to take into account the comments made.

100% would recommend Natives online store

The good news is that 100% of respondants said that they would recommend Natives' online store. The overall value for money from the Natives store was rated at 92%.

Design is the most important factor

Interestingly, the design of our garments came out as being the most important element (91% rating) in making the decision to buy, with the security offered the next most important (85%).
