"What’s in the sauce?" Chicken

Serves 8

8 chicken breasts 2 large bunches of broccoli
2 cans of condensed mushroom soup 1 pint of cheese sauce
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of curry paste
½ pint chicken stock

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and brown in a large pan with a little oil. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and simmer the broccoli for 4 minutes so that it is still firm.

Make the cheese sauce and add to it the mushroom soup, mayonnaise, curry paste and chicken stock.

Put the chicken, broccoli and sauce in an ovenproof dish cover and cook for 45 minutes in a medium oven or until cooked through. Serve with jacket potatoes and salad.

The flavours will all mix together to make an unforgettable combination. It is absolutely delicious and the guests will want to know what is in the sauce. Don’t tell them!
