EXSCAPE TO MILTON KEYNES

After the success of the Tamworth SnowDome, England's second full-size dome, Xscape at Milton Keynes is due to turn on the snowguns in a few months’ time. 

The new slope could introduce a whole new generation to the world of snowsports and with more snowdomes planned, this decade could see a genuine renaissance for the sport. 

With most tour operators reporting a 5-15% decrease in numbers traveling this winter, any boost to the sport is welcome.    With schools no longer taking as many ski trips, the new snowdomes are seen as key drivers for building demand in the youth market.
