Zermatt's dramatic win in the Boss des Bosses last week
was slightly overshadowed by an accident to one of their
racers.
Fortunately, the
ChamJam
organisers have confirmed that the unnamed competitor was
not seriously injured, despite being helicoptered off the
mountain. The accident prevented the last two heats
of the final against Chamonix, but as Zermatt had already
won it was decided not to run them.
The Big Air that
followed featured some spectacular action and was won by
Chris Miolane (Ski) and Kussi Rasanen (Snowboard).
