Rumours
continue that the 11th annual Boss des Bosses will include
teams from La Clusaz and La Tania.
The
team-based bumps event has featured just Chamonix, Val d'Isere,
Zermatt, Meribel and Verbier for the last few years, but
is fast increasing in popularity.
The
Pro-Am teams of 12 consist of skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers
and is one of the biggest 'Ski Bum' days out in the European
winter season.
The
ChamJam
will have a higher profile than in other years thanks to
Radio 1, who are covering the event in a competition run
on the Dave Pearce show, and coverage on numerous TV stations
including MTV, Sky and Fox Sports.
Over
300 competitors have entered the ChamJam, including Jonny
Barr, Jamie Strachan, Gravy Keam, Matt Reardon, Todd Mason,
Andrea Binning, and a selection of acclaimed IFSA skiers.
