A rep from Airtours who shall remain Leighton, recently managed to blag his way onto a popular Courchevel lift without his pass.  

Trying to push in, he told the liftie, 'I'm le guide Airtours', which didn't get him very far at first.  But the queue was long and Leighton wanted to get moving: 'Le guide Airtours - Airtours Ski' he repeated.

The liftie was still non-plussed by this and the guys were making slow progress.  In a last ditch attempt, Leighton tried again...'ESF Courchevel', he cried.  

'Well why didn't you you say so?', came the response (or something similar in French) and pushed him straight to the front of the queue, past hoardes of patiently queueing punters.  

Quite how he fooled the liftie when he was wearing his Airtours uniform is baffling - must be a case of 'no lift pass required'!
