Carlifornication!
The sun is shining in Mammoth Mountain and are starting to go hard on the snow here. We`ve still got a base of 10-12 feet but hopefully we will get some new snow next week!

This weekend we have a huge snowboard-fest though the Vans Triple Crown of snowboarding will have their second stop here in Mammoth! Olympic riders and other big-time snowboarders are competing for 300 000 dollars in prizes...!

All the four classes (Men's Pipe, Men's Slopestyle, Women's Pipe and Women's Slopestyle) have more than 50 riders registered!

Big names are Shaun White, JJ Thomas, Ross Powers, Andreas Wiig, Tara Dakides, Kelly Clark, Anne Molin Kongsgaard and many more.

After this weekend on Feb 2:nd another one of the popular three day Mammoth Women's Workshop starts. These popular camps, sponsored by Rossignol and K2, take women skiers to the next level. Mammoth Sports Schools' best instructors will take participants all over the mountain, coaching on the latest techniques, tactics and how to get the most out of the hotest new equipment.
