Gearing up for winter
Its currently -1 deg C in Falls Creek and the flakes keep falling.
We had 15cms of wet sticky snow with another 10cms of light fluffy
stuff falling last week. The base has settled at 20cms and most
of the mountain is looking nice & white.
More snow on the way
We had continuing snow with an over the weekend with a low of -7
deg C, then clearing conditions and hopefully full sunshine today.
There are 3 Lifts running , servicing the beginners areas and transporting
tourists, and now Towers chair also.
