The i4 Group Plc has announced that it will shortly become the first 100% ski services company to publically list its shares on a stock exchange.

During the next two months, the company will be listing on OFEX, a market providing a share-trading platform for unlisted and unquoted securities, and shares will become available for purchase by the general public.

The i4 Group manages a collection of companies, offering a wide range of services to mainly English-speaking clients in Meribel and Courchevel.

These include:

- Ski Cuisine (catered chalet holidays)
- Ski Basics (catered chalet holidays)
- Freeride.fr (ski equipment rental and retail)
- The Ice Cafe (bar/internet cafe)
- Parallel Lines (ski lessons)

The Group also owns other complementary businesses in Meribel such as the petrol station where they are planning to build a Chalet mini-market in partnership with Casino, the French supermarket chain.
