THE 'SHOW LOVE' TOUR HITS THE ALPS

4 December 2001

Following our big night out at the Ski Show, the Show Love Tour now moves to the Alps, starting with events in the French resorts of Courchevel, Meribel and Val d'Isere.

Natives will be 'showing love' to resort workers by plying them with free drinks and freebies, as well as bringing together Natives in resort and those previously 'Anonymous' Chat Room friends!

SHOWING LOVE...

..in Meribel: Saturday 15 December, Dicks Tea Bar, 2200 onwards *

Celebrate the first transfer day of this season with us in the club voted in our Sex Survey as 'Best Venue for Pulling in the Alps '. A free drink and tasty Pizza Express nibbles for everyone, plus lots of prizes to win in the raffle draw.

...in Courchevel 1650: Tuesday 18 December, The Bubble Bar, 2030 onwards

Join us to celebrate the 'official' opening of Courchevel's newest bar. Shots all round for everyone attending, more freebies, plus one of the valley's newest bands.

...in Val d'Isere: Wednesday 19 December, Magoos then Dicks Tea Bar, 2130 onwards *

For Val we are taking over workers' favourite chill out venue, Magoos, before moving on to Dicks Tea Bar to pump up the volume.

As well as the usual freebies in both bars, we will also be premiering the final cut of 'Homebrew' - the new British freeski movie starring Dave Young, Jim Adlington, James Vernon, Chris Fecher and more of the UK's best freeskiers.

These 'Show Love' events are held in association with:

Magoos

The 'Show Love' Tour will be raising money for the British Disabled Alpine Ski Team to help towards their Olympic bid this winter.

* Please note that admission in Meribel and Val d'Isere is by invitation only and is restricted to CdS members and subscribers to ALPtxt plus their guests. Any Club members or Natives not based in these resorts but wishing to attend should mail The Clubmaster to get their name on the guestlist.
