Dicks Tea Bar, Val d'Isere - a legend in the Alps and a byword for cutting edge apres-ski requires a new General Manager.

With a capacity of 500, Dicks opens its doors at 3pm and closes at 4am. From hot chocolate after skiing, to cognacs after dinner, culminating with DJs and serious partying.

We require a dynamic individual who will continue to drive the business commercially through successful management of their team (30+ including two assistant managers), ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority, innovative ideas and a flair for creating a party atmosphere - and all this whilst working to a full budget.

The successful candidate will be over 25, be fluent in English and speak French to an A level standard, be a keen skier/boarder with a thorough knowledge of the Alps, have at least 4 full years working in the bar/nightclub trade with at least 2 of those in senior management and ideally have spent at least one season working in the French Alps.
