SNOW
REPORT
OPENING DAY June 23rd
CURRENT SNOWBASE 15 -25cm
PLUS 4cm new snow arrived in last 24 hours
Cold, dry conditions the name of the game right now.
Kirra, one of our avalanche search dogs just loves
it, the cool temperatures suit her perfectly. Apart
from the lean pickings in the carpark she's a happy
Eskimo. She has made the connection between cars and
dropped sandwiches and is awaiting the first visitors
of the season.
All main runs have been groomed and the drifts from
the last storm cycle pushed out. 4cm new snow arrived
yesterday and more is expected late tomorrow. With
just over two weeks to opening another snowfall would
be appreciated, but looking good.
Look forward to seeing you then
Regards
Nigel Kerr
